Replacing substrate advice26 Aug 2003 23:17 GMT1
I plan on eventually trading in my plastic plants for real plants in my
existing aquarium.  I want to primarily use Seachem's Flourite as the
substrate with some regular gravel on top.  My current substrate is a
very thin layer of regular gravel.

constant temperature. Any comment would be most helpful.

Hi. I have a problem and could do with some help.
I have a small pond in the garden where we keep about 12 goldfish. Recently
there have been some new additions to the family, about 30 of them. I'm no
expert but I do not feel the pond is big enough to support that many fish.

My tank has a recurring ich problem.  How do I clean the tank thoroughly?
I've been doing frequent water changes and adding medication when the ich
problem occurs, but the outbreaks seem to get worse after each water change.

oranda's tail18 Aug 2003 02:43 GMT2

present.  Will it's tail look shorter as it grows? or is this a genetic
defect? or possibly it has been stunted?
