I've just noticed a few small snail in my tank. They must have come in with the new plants I got recently. I'm not sure if this is desirable. Should I keep these snails or chuck them?

Since I'm on high alert for symptoms now, I've noticed my shubunkin's right gill seems to have curved out. This a problem or do I just need to grab him and gently curl it back. The gill itself is flat against the fish, but a small part of it has lifted. Await pictures...

Can Blackmoor's survive in a Tropical fish tank? I have a 5 foot long tank by say erm 3 foot high.. The fish in are guppies and swordtails... I just wanted to know whether the moors will get scared if fast moving fish
