Right, almost 2 weeks ago we bought this gold fish...named him fred
well...he was a little thing, and never to fiesty...so it wasn't too much of
a surprise when fred died on sunday
so we got this other fish. named Him george.

Awhile back I posted about Cher'  giant zit. I treated by feeding Kanacyn
soaked flakes. (I tried the antibiotic ointment, but I couldn't get it to
stick!) The zit went down, but never went away. They were starting to refuse
their food, so I quit using the Kanacyn.

I'm reviving a long neglected planted aquarium that was overgrown with ugly
plants and algae, and had a few guppies in it.  I started cleaning it up
and doing water changes, and when if wasn't all that nasty anymore I bought
a few feeder goldfish.  That was a week or 2 ago, and ...

I bought some comets 4 months ago and until now they seemed fine (well,
except for a bad case of Ick but it was cleared out without too much damage)
but right now two of them have some pale-yellow/white spots, much larger
than ick (each covering 4-5 scales).

I just recently moved to Connecticut.  In Dallas I had a goldfish pond
with several goldfish I raised in indoor tanks from little tykes.  I
noticed that indoors they were rather pale in comparison to their
outdoor coloration.  When I moved, I had to give my pond to a friend

I purchased 3 black mollies one month ago.  One female has died on me and
now the second female is acting the same way as the deceased female.  They
lay on the gravel at the bottom of the tank slowly moving their fins.  Once
food is placed in the aquarium they will eat, but shortly ...
