Right, almost 2 weeks ago we bought this gold fish...named him fred well...he was a little thing, and never to fiesty...so it wasn't too much of a surprise when fred died on sunday so we got this other fish. named Him george.

Awhile back I posted about Cher' giant zit. I treated by feeding Kanacyn soaked flakes. (I tried the antibiotic ointment, but I couldn't get it to stick!) The zit went down, but never went away. They were starting to refuse their food, so I quit using the Kanacyn.

I bought some comets 4 months ago and until now they seemed fine (well, except for a bad case of Ick but it was cleared out without too much damage) but right now two of them have some pale-yellow/white spots, much larger than ick (each covering 4-5 scales).

I just recently moved to Connecticut. In Dallas I had a goldfish pond with several goldfish I raised in indoor tanks from little tykes. I noticed that indoors they were rather pale in comparison to their outdoor coloration. When I moved, I had to give my pond to a friend
