Just curious how many of you give your goldfish names and, if you do, what their names are and how you went about choosing names. We have four orandas, one for each of us in our family. Each person got to choose their own fish from the store and give it a name. My 5 year old

this aquarium has no identification on it but it is 24 inches long, 13 inches deep and 16 inches tall. does anyone know what size it is? i'm guessing between 20 to 30 gallons but i'd like to know for sure. thanks!

I am "hospitaling" a few fantail goldfish, and they laid some eggs. I took the chunk of algae the eggs were in to another tank that had been pretty much idle. I have seen 24 fry so far, and not one with a double tail. Seems like

A couple weeks back things got really busy at work, and I let the water quality in the tank slip. The ammonia and nitrites stayed at zero, but nitrates elevated to over 80ppm, and alkalinity and pH dropped.
