I have a 70 liter tank with 3 plants in it. lights r on 8 hrs per day and temp is at a constant 20 degrees c or 70 fahrenheit. should i add more plants to compete with the algae that always threaten to cover the plants? And also, are algicides recommended? dr solo, ur advice..

Is gravel necessary for a tank? I checked one of the links that was given 2me by Dr Solo (Ingrid) on how to remove + clean gravel n stuff. I saw pics of a tank with no gravel whatsoever on the bottom, just potted plants thats all.

Oh god. - I changed the water and forgot the dechlorinator like 2 hours ago. There all shocky and free floating but still breathing. Is there anything I can do? (I added prime dechlorinator as soon as i realized)
