Help.  I've got two juvenile black moors in an 18-gallon
tank that's still cycling up after a deep-cleaning.
I've been doing 50% PWCs every other day or so, watching
for cycle progress -- about 2 weeks now, so not much to

I have been away for three days and have just discovered that one of the
three goldfish that live in a BiOrb (Yes, I know!), has a lump about the
size of half a pea protruding from the middle of its length on one side.

I have a 70 liter tank with 3 plants in it. lights r on 8 hrs per day
and temp is at a constant 20 degrees c or 70 fahrenheit. should i add
more plants to compete with the algae that always threaten to cover
the plants? And also, are algicides recommended? dr solo, ur advice..

Is gravel necessary for a tank? I checked one of the links that was
given 2me by Dr Solo (Ingrid) on how to remove + clean gravel n stuff.
I saw pics of a tank with no gravel whatsoever on the bottom, just
potted plants thats all.

Oh god. - I changed the water and forgot the dechlorinator like 2

What kind of plants wont the goldfish eat that wont harm them.
