Ok looking for some help One of my new fish has died (well its floating on the bottom but not moving) its a catfish I was advised to buy to help the fish environment. My tank is very cloudy. Only added the fish on Sunday.

M fish keeps getting swimbladder (I think). Treatment sometimes work but it always comes back. Now he's lying very still and trying to hid in the tank at the bottom. I've tried changing 2/3 of water, addin salt & swimbladder stuff but he's been like this now for days. He'

I just got a 10 gallon aquarium for my kids this Christmas. Since it does not say anything in the instructions, does the aquarium pump run continuously 24 hours a day all the time?? I am guessing it does, but was not certain. Any information appreciated.

I woke up this morning to see the 5 runchus eyes were coder with white layer over their lens.I immediately do a 100% water change and cleanup the biofilter. But condition did not improver very much.

Can anyone suggest a way to soften my water? Just had it tested and seemingly my water is too hard to introduce fish yet. My pH, flouride etc is all find but my water is needing softened? Thanks!

I've got a Waterhome 5 (5 gallon) tank and I've recently added a Hydor Ario1 airpump. It seems to have helped my algae problem and the fish seem a lot brighter. I have noticed though, with the light on there are a lot of bubbles
