What should I do about my overstocked tank?07 Feb 2005 15:54 GMT11
I have had my 70litre (I believe this is about 18 gallons?) tank for just
over a year, with 3 goldfish in it. I had the fish previous to this for a
couple of years in a small tank which they had clearly outgrown.
At the time, they were quite small and it was fine, but as they have ...

I have 3 goldfish (3-4 yr old), and since yesterday they've been staying
together at the bottom of the tank and refused to eat. The only visible
symptoms I saw this morning were on the red fantail. Its fins, which are
normally white, have turned pinkish-red, as if they are ...

was not certain. Any information appreciated.

we're now the unexpected owners of another Goldfish.
Anyway, I have a spare 10 gallon and can get New Fish started in there. My

I've got a Waterhome 5 (5 gallon) tank and I've recently added a Hydor Ario1
airpump.
It seems to have helped my algae problem and the fish seem a lot brighter.
I have noticed though, with the light on there are a lot of bubbles
