I have a 5" red cap that developed whitish spots on all of his fins.
Placed him in a hospital tank 6 days ago.  Began treating him with
Maracide and Fungus Cure expecting to see improvement, even though I
cannot really identify the underlying disease causing the spots from the

I added a 2nd fantail today to accompany the first one.
The new fantail is maybe 60% the size of the original one who had been
living there for a week.

Okay, having moved flats, got a bit bigger tank, and the fish having sttled
in fine (I have a small goldfish and a paradise fish that's slightly smaller
but looks longer because of it's tail).

I rescued some fish a couple of years ago and had them in a 24"x 12"x12"
tank.
It was obvious it wasn't big enough and now I have ordered a custom made
tank as big as I can fit in.
