i'm curious to know how you guys avoid swim bladder? it seems like everytime i feed my fish flakes or soaked pellets, they wants to flip. i know it can be avoided by fasting on a certain day, feed them pea's and Spirulnia Flakes.

I have one baby goldfish that survived out of 7. It's now about 3/4 o an inch long and looking in good health. It's in the main airiated tan but in a breeding trap. How long does it need to be kept on its ow before putting in with the other fish ? I'm worried about it bein

I've finally gotten around to treating my GF tank with PP. I've put it off a few times,as they always seemed to get better (Melafix, Salt, water changes), but it never completely went away. This week Panfry's snout bump was back larger than ever and he lost a couple more scales, ...

We have a large tank in which (as I've said before) we lost all our fish. Among those were some rather nice, and very efficient, cold-water loaches which were doing a grand job of hoovering algae off the rocks/wood/etc

I have a non heated tank since I was planning to keep only gold fish. Just out of curiosity can I keep any other type of fish there at all without the fish dying due to infighting? Or is it completely ruled out?

I have a 125gal tank with 5 comets and a pleco....every time I have put plants in, it has been unsuccessful. Their constant rooting around makes the plants surface and/or they chomp them up. It is a main feature in the room it is in and I would love to add some color and texture ...

my goldfish has a ton of red lines going through her fins and her tail seems to be rotting away it now has jagged edges and seems to have a white fungus coat on it I noticed some ich the other day so I treated the tank with salt but now this so maybe it's not ich IDK
