Reading your e-mails on airstones causing to many bubbles and the fact that
someone said to remember that not all fish are used to turbulent waters,
I have set my local store into action to get me the mentioned valves to
reduce airstone output on this advice
What goldfish are you keeping........09 Dec 2005 22:40 GMT11
I don't know how many people are reading this NG but will ask anyway.  What

Bloody Dorsal fin05 Dec 2005 01:41 GMT1
One of the larger GF has bloody streaks along his Dorsal fin where it meets
the body. It also has one bloody scale on it's side. My first thought was
Nitrates, but they tested at 10 PPM. Nitrites and Ammonia are zero Yesterday
was water change day.
Disinfecting Tank03 Dec 2005 18:48 GMT4
I recently had a bad bout with velvet in one of my tanks.  2 of the fishies
have died and the 3rd is looking bad, but holding on so far.  He has been
moved to a hospital tank.
1)  Should the home tank be disinfected?
Goldfish Eye problem02 Dec 2005 16:56 GMT2
Yep, t'is me again with a neat new problem.
I recently got a new goldfish for the 30 gallon tank. He's been in
quarantine for the last 2 weeks (less one day) when I noticed that he
has a problem in his left eye.
