| Please help: Piggie grooming | 05 Sep 2003 14:31 GMT | 4 |
First of all, let me admit it publicly, i'm a bad piggie mom. Very bad, and i think my little Nuggett would agree right now. Nuggett is a long haired piggie, very long hair, and very thick. And he HATES being groomed. So admittedly, i don't do it nearly often enough. Well

| Identifying a breed | 04 Sep 2003 03:36 GMT | 2 |
Just found this group and thought it was interesting and educational. My daughter has a Guinea Pig that I can't easily place into one of the categories or breeds in a book. He is tan, white and brown, and his hair is a bit long to be considered a "short hair" in my (unqualified) ...

| True Love? | 03 Sep 2003 18:03 GMT | 5 |
As one of my girls is very obviously pregnant, it was about time to move the guy to his own apartment last week, and set it up in an old avary with tons of hay, hidey houses, food, treats and everything. He's always been skittish, doesn't like me much and he got worse, never ...

We have a sweet little guinea pig about 7 months old. It's a male, a total doll, very tame, gentle, not at all skittish. We'd love to get him a little friend to share his cage but don't want to breed litters. (we don't want more than two pigs and don't think we could bear to sell ...
