My GP's knock over their dish immediately, even though it's shaped like a dog dish, with the bottom bigger than the top. I also tried a few of the kind that you hang on the side of the cage. One of them, the food came out too easily and they wound up making a mess

My mother pig (talulah) is the shy one in the family. She resembles a black self, and she is so hard to catch I sometimes give up. But on the occasions I do catch her, she lays right down, and gets comfy.

Right now, we're using the pine shavings that our hamsters use, but I get the idea from the website Mira mentioned that straw is what people use. And looking at John W.'s photo, it looks like he uses sand. What IS the best bedding?

My mother is in a Nursing Home close to where I live where they have lots of animals to keep the residents company. GP, a five-year old sow has been there since my mom moved in 3 years ago and we've gotten quite attached to her.

She went to the Rainbow Bridge yesterday to join her sister Jenny...She fell asleep in my arms...We miss her so...Tasha (our dog and Cocoa's best friend) is still looking where her cage has always been...Our house just doesn't feel the same...

One of the babies that ophelia had has little "skin tag" type things attached to one of his ears!!! they are about the size of a woman's fingernail & don't seem to be causing him any pain....What do you guys think I should call them if anyone asks????
