Just when we are wrestling with the abscess at the neutering incision site on Prince, one of our females, Panda, developed a case of mastitis. First clear fluid then blood could be expressed. She is now on the same meds that Prince is on.

Well the good news bit is that Nosey is now seven years old. The bad bit is that he is not well. I have had to clip his back teeth every 3 weeks or so, for the last 2 years (he broke his front teeth just before Xmas 2004 and things were never wuite right after that).

Tennessee Star was a VERY small guinea pig female (pet store piggie). She was already pregnant with 4 pups 2 girls 2 boys--ALL RUNTS-- All babies survived, BUT--Tennessee died a 2 and a half years later--never regainig a healthy weight

8 weeks ago, we bought a guinea pig, who was about 10 weeks old. She was one of two female pigs we bought at the same time. She seems depressed? Is this possible in a guinea pig? : - Spends most of the day in her bed
