My babies!09 Feb 2006 15:07 GMT6
When I was a child I had two pet guinea pigs, I loved them to bits. Now
that I'm married I've just bought 3 baby girls! They're absolutely
gorgeous and I love them all loads. Their names are Darla, Lola and
Tallulah.
piggie's personality coming out?09 Feb 2006 11:13 GMT1
i rescued a guinea pig from the freecycle program 3 weeks ago.  i got her in
a standard store-bought sized guinea pig cage.  it was very small and she
stayed in her "Chube" (those cardoboard pet tube house thingies they sell)
all the time.  anyway, i have never owned a guinea pig ...

we've had 2 pigs for almost 6 months. Wondered if its easy, don't do
it!, etc to introduce a new pig to 2 pigs that are already settled in
together.
How have you gone about it?

Does anyone have a clue what might be going on with a guinea pig who mostly
hops to get from point A to point B? He seems otherwise healthy.

Our pigs - a gallery05 Feb 2006 00:23 GMT6
I've popped in here a couple of times now, but thought you might like to
see some pics of our pigs. These are all the pigs we've had, so some are
no longer with us.

Advice needed on sick piggie :-(04 Feb 2006 09:09 GMT8
I have a 3 year old female, Gizmo.  She's an Abyssinian.  She has
always been a robust piggie, with a hearty appetite for greens and hay
especially.  The past couple of weeks, her appetite has basically
disappeared.  She is also not drinking her water.
8 oz of water in 2 days...Excessive?03 Feb 2006 01:12 GMT9
You all were so helpful when my other GP Blizzard passed on, so I
thought I'd try and ask a simple question...Is 8oz of water in 2 days
excessive for a GP?  Ginger, our remaining female, is in fine form but
lately seems to be absoulutely devouring the water from her feeder.
question about GP nails01 Feb 2006 00:27 GMT8
Hallo everyone!
I need to trim Squeakers nails, but her front nails are black, and I cannot
see, where the quick is.
You always have great ideas on this group, and I am sure, someone will have
