First let me say my eye sight is not so great and the lighting in my
little hovel is quite dim....
Went to the pet shop.  Bought what I though was a brick of Timothy Hay.
Came home and set the brick down until the next day when I opened the

My shelter piggy, adopted as a female named Maria, is completely male
in behavior.  She does the strut and rumble, tries to mount Gabby -
even has that boar big nose thing going on.  I honestly think she is,
in fact, a neutered he.

Hi!  On vacation recently I saw a pet recipe book that described a neat
piggy treat.  I didn't get to copy the recipe though because the pet
shop was closing. It had alfalfa powder as part of the recipe and
ground up bits of hay.  The paste, or maybe it was dough, could then be

Realize the difference between weekdays and weekends....
they are so used to being fed by the kids early before school....and
when the weekend comes and breakfast is late,  its amazing how loud
four pigs can squeak!

Anyone ever hear of someone who is not allergic to cats and dogs suddenly
getting sensitive to piggies?  My daughter has developed an allergy to our
two piggies!  Sneezing, watery eyes.  She is 18 years old and not about to
give them up, though!  Luckily, she is on the lazy side and ...
