PLEASE HELP my hamster ate a whole cherry pit23 Jul 2003 03:58 GMT15
Two days ago I found this little hamster in my back yard. Lost, hungry and

Anyway I couldn't leave him out there for the crows to kill (lots of them
Water23 Jul 2003 00:50 GMT2
Thanks for the suggestions regarding the Robos. Have noticed something else
now! Both Robos seem to drink very little water (if any). I have a "Sippy"
water bottle (designed so that the nozzle needs to be pushed up slightly to
release water). Is there any way to encourage the ...
New babies22 Jul 2003 10:46 GMT2
Dolly, a new foster dwarf has had 4 babies on Saturday morning. At least one
looks like a mottled color. Very cute. Mom is pretty spunky and grouchy so I am
having to keep an eye on her when I am looking at the babies.

Hamster Ring Tones?21 Jul 2003 19:33 GMT2
Apparently from September one of the UK mobile phone companies will be
making a selection from the British Library Animal Sound archive available
for certain mobile phones. In the meantime why not set them to silent and
say you are trialling the hamster ringtone!

First post to this newsgroup. Hope you an help me out. Bought a couple of

groups instead of being solitary. However, I seem to be having a ...

Okay, the babies are almost 3 weeks old, in fact they will be 3 weeks tomorrow,

Hamster parts in dishwasher20 Jul 2003 04:40 GMT8
Is it safe to put hamster parts (tubing, cages, feed bowl that is also
plastic) in the dish washer?  We've thought about doing this, putting them
on the top rack only & setting it for a short rinse cycle only (so no soap
or also to prevent too much heat).
