I was at the pet shop today and I saw hemp bedding for small mammals, does
anyone know anything about this type of bedding. I've never seen it before
and it was quite expensive, but thought it was interesting. Let me know if
anyones heard about it and if it's good or bad.

I have two hamsters (Aleks & Puff) that only have three legs.
That is also the reason why I took them.
And I wonder if this little thing is genetic or if it is a thing that
has happened under birth?

Would any one be interested in an adjustable maze for hamsters?  The only
ones i have seen have been fixed, but i have an idea to make an adjustable
maze so you could change the layout of the maze.  Any ideas that you have
would be appreciated

My dwarf is just as old as Scooter from Hamstertales, which is 2y3m14d
She's had some problems and is receiving medication for it on long
term basis. She's getting older so I would like to check what can I
expect to be the health of such a dwarf (winterwhite).

Leiaboo died while in transit to the vet saturday morning.  Here's a link to

What do I do.  I didn't even see anyway for her to get out.  I thought she was

We have another boy that just doesn`t seem to be getting any larger.
He is a Syrian I`ve named Lil` Prints. I love the play on words don`t you?
He is over five weeks old and is still smaller than our small dwarves.

My Mommy dwarf is not very enamored with the strange wheel setup on top of
the cage. I think she'd prefer going back to her Crittertrail 2. Does anyone
