The tiniest of angels19 Sep 2003 12:23 GMT3
Well... I'm not positive yet, but I'm pretty sure that none of Lilyfer's babies
have made it.  I didn't see any in her nest when I went to give her a treat
earlier.
I'm not surprised.. what with how she was reacting to the babies, or more like

Baby Update19 Sep 2003 03:25 GMT1
Baby has recovered nicely, cept she's still missing some hair in the
wound areas. Shes still acting scared, which I'm trying to stop, but she
just doesn't want my attention. I'll just keep trying, hopefully she'll

Introducing Lilyfer19 Sep 2003 00:12 GMT4
Lilyfer is the newest rescue to come here.  She is a long haired sable banded
Syrian female.
I knew there were 5 Syrians at the shelter and I went to bail at least 2 males
(had homes waiting for them) and see what was left.  I planned on leaving any

Probably unsafe for hamsters:  Critter ComfortBedding from CitraMax17 Sep 2003 07:11 GMT4
It says this product is safe for hamsters but I don't believe it at all.  It

Hamster potty litter17 Sep 2003 06:23 GMT14
I know that the safest potty litter for hamsters is either chinchilla
sand or sanitized children'd play sand.  There are lots of new hamster
"potty sands" on the market now.  Are any of these actually safe for
hamsters?  Of what materials are they made?  Have any of you tried any
Tips on wet tail?17 Sep 2003 06:20 GMT7
I've not posted here for a while, but I've got a problem. Willow had
been seeming a bit "off" for a few days, I couldn't quite put my
finger on it and she seemed to be eating properly so I just kept an
eye on her. On Thursday night I noticed she wasn't getting up except
Updated Photos17 Sep 2003 02:34 GMT2
I've updates photos of just about everyone. The Robos are really impossible
to tell apart! Momma is the only one who is distinctive right now and she

Oscar the invinsible14 Sep 2003 16:41 GMT3
My teddy Oscar seems to be invisible.  He just suffered through his third,
yes THIRD, bout of wet tail (I believe he picked up something from his
playtime with a friend's guinea?).  This 3-year-old little teddy bear is one
of the most magnificently strong creatures that I have ever ...
