meatwad 11 Dec 2003 09:01 GMT12
A few days ago Meatwad and Raleigh managed to get loose and they both found
their way into
Ganymede`s cage. Paisely was right above her and she was in heat.
Meatwad and Raleigh got into it and Meatwad, being blind, didn`t stand a
Tribute to Nox10 Dec 2003 20:15 GMT7
Sadly our hamster, Nox, passed away today.  We lost not only a pet but our
best friend. No hamster can replace his uniqueness, however we will love any
new hamster friends we make as much as we loved him.
Love you Nox, be safe over the rainbow bridge.

We have a new member to our family! A gorgeous Syrian hamster called Trip,
he is a lot livelier than Nox (who loved his bed and moping along!) We will
post some pics soon!

We wanted to make something to include with our Christmas cards to friends
and family this year, and decides on getting some of the thin ink-jet
suitable magnetic sheets and making small magnets of some of the best ham
pictures we had.  I included one in memory of Missy, who left us ...
Romeo escapes 09 Dec 2003 10:12 GMT4
Romeo the long hair Syrian has escaped from his cage. I thought he was staying
in the back in the box (house/bed) but noticed that one of the door was open
(there are 3 of them) so I searched his bed, but he was not there! The noise I
though I heard from kitchen was not ...
Dwarfs09 Dec 2003 10:04 GMT2
Are dwarfs normally more hyper than the general hammys? My siberian
Speedy is extreamly active and runs like a bat out of hell on his wheel.
he eats more runs more does everything more. He is like grease
lightning!....lol

Help!  Male Teddy got VERY fat09 Dec 2003 06:00 GMT6
Our 1 year old + male Teddy Bear Hamster, Sandy, got very fat these past few
months.  His belly is so big he can hardly walk.  He is alert, moves around
when we put him on the floor, but will not use his exercise wheel.  Apart
from the swollen look he has developed, he looks healthy ...

I am writing for Fuku(-chan), my Syrian boy who passed away 1 month ago,
November 5th. It's been exactly a month but I feel it was not a long ago partly
because of the busy schedule but mainly because sense of loss and sadness has
not faded. I finally got myself writing a tribute to ...

Hamsters's eyes are closed - need medical advice07 Dec 2003 18:42 GMT2
Our two and-a-half year old Syrian hamster, Speedy, is quickly aging on us.
Over the past few months his fur has grayed, he has slowed down, and in the
last week he has stopped running on his wheel altogether. The poor little
guy is losing strength in his rear legs, and is finding ...

Quick responce required07 Dec 2003 05:16 GMT8
Has anyone here got any ideas on how to catch a wild mouse that has come
into my house?  It came in last night when I left the door open for a few
minutes.  I noticed it today when I was having a bath, and have tried to
catch it a few times but it quite obviously it runs away.  I ...
Building inspectors?????05 Dec 2003 01:42 GMT2
We've been decorating and laying carpets recently and I've had a great deal
of pleasure watching Holly and Bundle's  antics.  They notice everything
thats changed, every tiny thing that been altered has had an in depth
investigation ( and ramming).
