I've been giving our new hamster a dog biscuit for gnawing on and he seems to thoroughly enjoy it. But, I'm wondering if this is enough for his incisor grinding needs. Or, do I need to put some actual sticks in there for him to chew?

I found Fluffernutter dead this afternoon & I feel like a little light has been extinguished from my life.... He was a beautiful ham & It took me 3 months till I could pick him up with my hand but then he LOVED attention!!!

I got a new hamster today from Petco. They said if the hamster is pregnant I can return the babies. This is great, a local pet store would never do this.
