| Chew Bar! | 30 Apr 2004 05:06 GMT | 22 |
Hi, My hamster likes to chew at the wire cage bars, which is really noisy. She's got one of those kind of powdery breeze block chew stones from the pet shop, but doesn't use it much. I don't think it's hard enough. Now I've noticed her lower teeth are looking bigger.

| Sad news - Bundle | 29 Apr 2004 21:51 GMT | 13 |
The sloppiest, cuddliest, most loving hamster I've ever known has finally made her trip across the Rainbow Bridge. When I got back from work Sunday morning Bundle was waiting for me as usual. When I picked her up her breathing was rattly and her little heart pounding.

I am looking for information on whether or not New York state has laws on the minimum amount of space that pet stores are required to give small animals that they have for sale. Also, are there laws on the cleanliness and safety of cages for small animals?

I am still giving the baytril to the mom and babies and they are eating and drinking water, but the smallest one still doesn't look that good. When he first got sick his eyes started to close, and they have been like that since. They are both closed all the way, and I can see the ...

| Hamster Webcam Recommendations? | 27 Apr 2004 20:57 GMT | 1 |
I'm thinking of setting up a webcam on my hamster, so that we can keep any eye on him when we're out of the house. He lives in an expanded Rotastak Maxi Tunnel-of-Fun, so the cam would probably have to focus through the clear plastic.

Yay! Today I had a ritual throwing out of that awful SAM cage that Basil has been living in for his two months with us. Though it was full of places for him to explore it was too small, he had moved out of his house behind his wheel
