skittish new hamster28 Feb 2005 21:25 GMT7
After losing Nibbles and trying all I could to find him again, I bought
another hamster over the weekend.
Timmy Tiddles is a few weeks younger than Nibbles was, about 6 weeks they
said, and quite nervy and skittish at the moment.
Difference between hamster and gerbil?28 Feb 2005 16:59 GMT6
Ok, way back during Christmas I held on to a hamster for my niece. It
died and the pet store said they would give us a new one. My niece
couldn't wait so Sis got one at another store. It's doing fine.
I happened across a spare cage so went to claim Sis's extra hamster.

Hamster lump with hair loss28 Feb 2005 05:47 GMT1

thinking that it was either mites or that the hamster is rubbing its scent
around the cage and the rubbing was causing the hair loss and the lump
being the scent gland.
Looking for UK supplier of Ferplast Tube Line accessories or equivalent24 Feb 2005 22:19 GMT3
My Little buddy Quark loves racing round his tubes that came with his

Whats wrong with my Hamster24 Feb 2005 03:45 GMT2
My white dwarf has always been a mean skiddish one, i hardly ever handle
him because he squirms so much and bites if you try to hold him. I
noticed today that he hasn't drank much water...in 3days there was very
little gone from his water. I examined him and found he has some sorta
RIP Goldie - 08/08/04 to 02/11/0524 Feb 2005 03:36 GMT4
Our sweet little Goldie passed on us this evening, now she rests with all
the others who've gone before her.
She was originally rescued from a pet store that had her mixed in with
several Syrian hamsters who appeared to be keeping her from the food and
wet tail treatment24 Feb 2005 03:25 GMT3
It would appear that my male hamster (Scruff Monster) is beginning to suffer
wet tail. In the past I would given him Hamster antibiotics, but every time
I do they end up dying the very next day. you would think that pet stores
would sell probiotics that would help boost their ...

My baby boy Ron, somehow got his back leg caught where the door opens on

Only posted here a few times, mostly when my previous male (which
I had almost 16 months) Tony had passed on, from what I believe may
have been wet-tail, and I must now report the passing of his
replacement (no relation), Tony Jr. earlier this evening. It
