| New addition | 21 Mar 2005 02:21 GMT | 1 |
We got a new hamster, Squeaky, today. She is a very vocal hamster. Every time we look at her she squawks in protest. I think it is going to take some time for her to get used to her new environment. I'm going to give her a few days before I try to handle her.

| Dwarf Hamster Question | 12 Mar 2005 16:28 GMT | 3 |
Do dwarf hamsters ever sit still so you can "pet" them? Mine just keeps looking for an avenue of escape. Sure, it'll climb all over me, but I can tell it's trying to see where to run to. If left on my lap and not closely watched he will jump to the floor and run off.
