My Hamster has two areas where it fur is hanging out longer than normal as
if he loosing it. Is that normal?

so i picked up two siberian dwarfs from a friend who had babies and
they turned out not to be the two males he thought they were.  I didn't
notice that there were babies until a day or two after the first litter

We recently bought a dwarf Siberian, which we named Thumbprint because
that's about how big she is. (We *think* she's a she.) Till yesterday,
she had made it clear that she wasn't interested in being handled. If
she saw a finger, she'd jump up and try to bite it. Once in a while

I'd only had Sophie for less than 2 months. She was a very active hamster. I
don't understand why she died in her sleep.
After she died, my Mom told me that that morning Sophie got out of her nest
and walked around in circles disoriented.

He drags his food bowl from one end of the cage to the other side right in
