I live in the UK. Our hamster cage has a series of tubes (big surprise) - basically it's a wire cage, plastic tray bottom with tubing that goes out of one place and back into the cage somewhere else. Our hamster likes the tubes!

I found a large lump on my syrian Obi last night and took to the vet tonight so after checking, has confirmed that it is not an abcess, but a more sinister growth. They have booked Obi in for an op tomorrow morning.

over the past couple of days its seems as if our syrian hamstet is developing a sligyht bald spot on the top of his head. is this normal or is there something wrong with him? thanks

Just wondering.. my hamster seems not to mind being petted and stroked and kissed.. wondering if all that attention reminds hamsters of their mothers. Can a breeder let me know what kind of attention (if any) the mother hamster gives the baby hamsters?

The group is working so I can safely assume that everyone`s hamsters are doing wonderfully. I know mine are. Sassy is now one of the sweetest hamsters I`ve ever had. She coms to see me when I appear at her tank and she lets me pick her up with no problem. She loves to run in her ...

He was over 2 yrs and 3 months and few days.i noitced he not been drinking and eating as much in pass days, he stopped being in his wheel months ago. i loved this hamster to death .i told him i love him y esterday when his breathing was not good. he was breathing heavily
