I'm new to reef keeping and have recently purchased an anemone.  The anemone
seems to collapse at least once a day for an hour or two end then fills up
again.  Is this normal?

A week ago a friend gave me 40 lbs of live rock (he downsized tanks)
He kept all of his corals, however there are spots on the rock where
burgundy colored mushrooms had been attached and they appear to be
growing, and there are a couple that appeared on the sand bottom.
percula clown looks thin25 Sep 2003 00:53 GMT2
I have had a percula in my smaller tank (20 gal) for about 5 months now,
he eats like a pig and is very active.  However he looks a bit
thin.....is there a disease that would cause this?  No color changes and
other fish in tank look normal.
