had a loose connection from the return pump in my sump which caused a bit of a volcanic reaction when the tubing popped off. yes it was a big mess... but the only thing I had handy was one of those metal plumbing tape things that you tighten with a screw. The tubing is too thick ...

Hi all, I was just freaking out because I saw some coral on a piece of LR that I just brought home. In a panic, I thought to myself, "OMG, I am not ready for this yet. My tank is barely a month old, I dont have test kits or a cleaning crew, this poor thing is going to die!"

I'm off to get a big a.s (45ish gals) tub to store my R/O water. As Mark suggested (Tanks Mark!) I'll make sure its marked LPDE I want keep the water for few weeks, would an airstone (say two off an Elite 802) better or would a powerhead (say an 802 with the air hose)
