I try and read every post in here and I see a lot on additives for
corals.  So my question is, are the same chemicals in the salt water
mix?  Would weekly water changes do the same thing as adding the
chemicals to the water?  I am just curious.

Yesterday I got rid of the UGF with the large gravel-sized crushed coral
and added some sand.  (I still have a Biowheel and I ...

I have a 26 month old 150 gallon reef aquarium.  I have accumulated
multiple SPS, LPS,  fish, invertebrates, and cleaning snails/crabs
over the life of the tank, which appear to be healthy.  I still come
across a coral /fish which I find beautiful, and have a desire to add

and put it in my reef tank.  I already had a decorator crab in that tank.
Within 2 days the decorator crab was looking pretty in his new feather

Viruses08 Oct 2003 01:19 GMT1
I know this is off topic however, a large number of you appear to have
viruses. That notice from Microsoft you got in your email about a security
patch was not from Microsoft. It was a virus...To kill it see the link.

Eheim 2227 Wet Dry Filter07 Oct 2003 16:33 GMT2
I have a new Eheim 2227 Wet Dry Filter. Not 100% sure it's working
correctly. The water level in the filter rises and falls (I know that
is by design) but it doesnt seem to use the whole canister. Where does
the max water level reach on other peoples 2227 canisters?
