I am having a heck of a time keeping my Hard Corals living. My soft corals are doing great but I just had a Moon Coral die and my Brain Coral is coming off of it's skeleton. I have 10,000 watts of lighting and everyone says that is plenty..anyone have any ideas why these corals are ...

I found a small creature ne'erbefore seen in my tank. Was hoping you might be able to help me identify. Could not get a decent photo. it is rather the shape of a tear drop and resembles a "sowbug" -- flat on the bottom, rounded on top, with antennae out the front. It moved pretty

I want to replace my "T connector" between my Iwaki 100 pump and the two bulkheads with a "T-Valve" that is connected to a power source (110 AC, or DC if need be). I just want to alternate the flow of water returning to the tank. I have looked at the Squid type (non powered)

I have a single 150 watt 10k metal halide and 2 Daylight 5.7k fluros, and 1 atinic blue fluro over a 4 foot tank, what would be the best hours per day to run these lights ? Also since the tank is a fairly new setup, would leaving them on longer then normal increase or speed up the ...

Went to the store in Bedford today for supplies and they looked to have gone under. Sign says sorry we had to close. I sure hope they have a going out sale of the live stock in there before it's not live anymore. There fish where always ICK but the corals where nice.

This morning when I woke up, I took a look at my tank and saw my two baby Clown fish swimming within the feathers of a Hawaiian Feather Duster. It looked like Clown fish rubbing against a BTA. Is this normal?

Does anyone have any tips or techniques for breeding shrimp? Ghost, peppermint, ect? I was just hoping someone new the optimal temp, saline, light cycle, or anything else that would help in the successful raising of shrimp.
