I am also up for your suggestions for lighting. I currently have 1 white / 1 blue 46" ???? bulbs that are about 8+ yrs old! Need replacing obviously.

What is the best HOB overflow? I have a CPR overflow now that has to have a pump to keep it primed. It has gotten clogged and made a mess in the past. My tank isn't predrilled, so I need a better alternative. TIA

It looks like in a few months I maybe moving and have some questions to ask about moving a tank. First off, the tank is a 45 gallon reef tank with various zoolanthus polyps, green star polyps, and a few pieces of cabbage leather coral.

Has anyone tried to transport live corals or fish in their carry on luggage? I have searched the carry on rules and don't see saltwater prohibited, but the screener is given total freedom to prohibit items not listed. thank you
