Woke up to a dead partially eaten cleaner shrimp this morning (one of three). It looks like it had been in the process of shedding. All of the fish have an innocent "Who me?" look about them - i.e. none of them paying the "remains" any attention.

Got a green bubble anemone a few days ago. It rooted within a few hours with its foot buried at the back of a little cave in the rockwork. There is now a strange lighting related routine that seems to go against the text books:

I am pretty new at this so I am hoping someone can help me. I received half of the live rock for my 90 gallon tank 2 days ago. I have been constantly doing multiple water changes (30% 2-3 times a day), but the ammonia just does not seem to be getting under 1ppm so

I want to build a Protein Skimmer for a 125 gallon LR, LS, Fish and coral tank. Most of the DIY instructions do not make alot of since. Plus how many GPH will I need through my pump? Also if you can include pictures and diagram.
