I am now using a 65W 10,000K and a 65W Actinic 03 PC lamps on my 29 gal reef.I like the Blue coloration from the Actinic.Will It harm my soft corals if I switch 2 Actinics with no 10,000K? Thanks Skipp

A friend has algae growing in his all-fish marine tank. I suggested turbo snails because I had heard that they eat the algae, but he says the guy at the lfs told him that when an invertabrate dies, it releases toxins into the water. I thought that was just for corals and stuff. ...

I have a Damsel that is harassing my other fish. During the time we were selling our house I didn't stock my tank and ended up having this blue yellowtail damsel in the tank as the only fish for about 2 months

I have a yellow tang in my tank that today I noticed has a film of some sort on one of his eyes. It is white and has is causing the eye to stick out a little. Does anyone have any idea what it could be and how I should treat it?
