In designing my sump I keep questioning the size of the bubble trap.  I am
new at this and not a fluid dynamics engineer.  My sump will be 48" x 12"
with a bubble trap in the middle.  All the sites I see have a 1" bubble
trap.  If I am pumping 2000gph will the bubble trap be able to ...

Anyone seen any good sources of black live sand? Can I even use black sand?
Is there such a thing available for a small reef tank?

I couldn't understand why the big brown icky presumably cyano break-out.

No issues on my father's 225 gallon on Pergo for several years now.  Last
year, I put a 400+ gallon on mine (over cement as well) with no issues so

What changes in PH-KH/ALK could one expect to see the first week/month

my 50gal tank has been setup for the last 4 years and ive just got a
