I'd like, once my tank is settled, to add a pink tipped anemone to my tank. I KNOW I need more light but noone can agree on how much... My tank is 40"L x 15"w x 18" deep (although its only filled to 15") It has 2" substrate in the bottom and 27kg of live rock.

I waited for so long until I got a tank and sump but I'm still having problems with nitrates. one or two people have suggested that with the amount of LR in my tank that that's all I should use and dump the sump. would this be a good idea.
