I have 2 LFS in my area, one is a "mom and pop" owned and the other is a
chain store. After buying fish from both places, I noticed the chain store,
the fish after a short period would die and the M&P store lived. I asked the
Chain store if they use RO water to which they replied ...

My open brain coral is an oval shape when deflated with  2 mouths.  Does
each mouth need to eat?  Is it one animal with 2 mouths or 2 separate
animals connected?

I have had a yellow tanh for the past two years. He has been fine up to now.

10g. quarantine tank with a lemon peel in it. Wanted to know if a
regular 15 watt t8cw light be ok and more than that is it harmful to
the angel or the LR (5lbs)? or better than the incadescent lighting
that came with the tank? how many watts, cause i can add another 15

Greetings, I'm thinking about purchasing a 50 gallon L36"x H24" x W12"
tank for a marine aquarium. I'm concerned that 12" is a bit narrow.
Does anyone have any comments on a 12" width for a 50 gallon aquarium.

I've already read that one should always completely dry the skimmate
cup before returning it to the skimmer. I haven't argued the point
before, but I still wonder why this is. Anyone enlighten me?

Is there an reef safe material that the submerged pump could be placed on to
reduce noise/vibrations/etc...?  The commercial pads nice, but c'mon!  $15

Anyone try a lemon peel angel and a flame angel in a 55g. FOWLR? I also
have 2 green chromis, six line wrasse, scooter blenny and pink spot
