| Sexy Shrimp Question | 18 Oct 2005 09:53 GMT | 5 |
Do you have to have anemones for a sexy shrimp to be happy? I don't have any corals/anemones in my 30G tank, but was looking into sexy shrimp. If they "must" have one then I would pass for now. Thanks so much!

| Food for a conch? | 18 Oct 2005 09:52 GMT | 1 |
I've got a queen conch. Back when I bought it, I had an algae problem. I don't have algae anymore. I feed my fish a mix of things that includes clam and kelp. Is this sufficient for the conch, or do I need to be laying down soemthing else for it?

I have added a green trigger fish to my community tank(niger species) and it is excellent. It hides in the rocks, either sideways, or partly upside down and sideways, wedged in there, and it is like it's painted onto the ceiling. Then when it gets hungry, it comes out and swims ...

Can anyone tell me if there are any anemones that will do well in an 80 gallon tank w/260 watts of light? Power compacts, 50/50 bulbs. Or is this simply not enough light?

| what to do with overflow? | 14 Oct 2005 15:52 GMT | 32 |
I have a Quietflow 600 hang on overflow box... supposedly it should take care of 600GPh. Also I have pump that is pumping from sump to the tank, it is Dolphin DP 560. With 2' head loss the chart says it would output 460GPH. So far so good, but the overflow doesn't seem to take ...
