| Nudibranch=Flatworm?!? | 19 Feb 2007 19:30 GMT | 8 |
I recently noticed what seem to be some small mustard colored nudibranchs in my aquarium. Are these also considered Flatworms? I saw 1 that was about an inch long. Then there are about a half dozen others that are 1/4 inch or less. They are kind of cute. I could stand them if ...

| Carib Sea Reef Rock | 19 Feb 2007 18:49 GMT | 5 |
I just bought 100#'s of Carib Sea reef rock on amazon. $1/lb + $23 for shipping. That seems like an impossible price to me, but I'll see what I get. Of course, it's dead/base rock, but I have about 30-40 lbs of live rock

| sick dragonette | 19 Feb 2007 18:44 GMT | 7 |
My red scooter "blenny" is ill. Nothing visible amiss, but has rapid breathing and is VERY lethargic. Lethargic enough that he is actually letting 'pods crawl on his snout. I'm stumped. Water quality is fine, every other animal in the tank seems

| Phosphate Test | 17 Feb 2007 07:47 GMT | 8 |
I don't think my Red Sea Phosphate test will go under .1 ppm. I've tried it with distilled water and I still get the 0.1 ppm. It seems to be the color of the reagent the comes out of the bottle. Any recommendations?

| Wooo Hooo! - Nitrates at 5 ppm and Phosphates at 0.1 ppm | 17 Feb 2007 00:21 GMT | 8 |
Well, that only took me 3 months to figure out. Thanks for all the suggestions. I think the big thing was to get rid of the bio-balls and filter material. Amazing that my anemones made it through all this. Are water changes still necessary? I haven't done one for 6 weeks as

My zoos are losing color. I have them at the bottom of the tank under MH lighting. Stupid newbie Q, but could somebody outline how to take care of these and recommend a book on the care and feeding corals?
