Is it cheating if I put a 55gal Sump/fuge on a 10 gallon nano?

I may have been wrng with the name, but I do know that the lfs heeps
what they call "GHOST" shrimp in a freshwater tank. They also said
they do not breed nor last long in saltwater........BUT according to
this website they (what they call GHOST) are a saltwater shrimp and

I have noticed relatively cheap fuel pumps on eBay...
So recently new BOSCH pump for $50 which can deliver 80PSI.
I was thinking if such pump could be used for boosting
tap water pressure before RO/DI filter...

Today I purchased a Powder Blue Tang from my LFS. While there I talked to
the owner of the store as to what the new fish likes to eat. I was basically
told to feed him Nori and or other type veggie. He said that although he
will eat Brine or Mysis, he will thive on algae / seedweed.
