Alkalinity TOOOO low29 Mar 2007 15:05 GMT12
I have lost several fish in the last week due to what I believe may be the
alkaline being too low in my tank.  I've done 2 water changes & even I've
tried to raise the PH a little in attempts to raise the alkaline.  The tank
is 15 years old, however I've had it in storage for the ...

I had my first glimpse of wild reef systems over the weekend.  Very,

I bought a orangish red digitata frag several months ago and it looked great

and now it's very pink, I'm afraid to say almost white pink.  I've been
reading about coral bleaching but nothing really matches ...
DI units24 Mar 2007 14:46 GMT6
MY RO/DI units lie horizontal to the RO unit.  However, it appears to me
that the water channels along the top and don't actually pass through
the resin material.
I ordered some more resin to see if I could pack it in there better, but
Help to ID this23 Mar 2007 14:44 GMT8
I have this I believe is a coral multiplying at a fast rate.  Also they move

I don't think is aiptasia, but I could be wrong.  They are two types, one
with the base green and no coloration on tentacles,  and the other one ...

Slightly used but still has lots of life in  it yet. Easy keeper, as
