i have a 90gal tank
of late the nitrite has been very high,
even after a 40% water change and a 20% water change a week later
i havent lost any fish of late and have reduced the food, and missing

Hi all, I added some live rock to my tank. It was the most algae covered
rock at the LFS and it was in the "rubble" tank. It had been donated to them
by someone who dismantled their tank prior to a move.

Ive seen a few pictures on the internet of Clownfish using elegance corals
as a host. A couple of things:
Is it unhealthy for E Coral when clownfish do this?
What type of Clown will most likely take to the Elegance Coral?

Hi all;
I have a flame angel, a fridmani and an atlantic blue tang in the isolation

i do have a problem with green algae but i have hermit crabs and turbo
snails along with a yellow tang. I've been thinking of adding a UV
sterilizer to my system but would this starve the snails and crabs.
The tang is ok for other foods but the little hemits and snails seem to ...

I have had a couple of Clownfish (one male/one female) in my Nano tank
(15 gall) since last November - no other fish just inverts.....from time
to time they can be a little nippy and agressive when I do any
maintenance on the tank (ouch...been bitten). Tonight they are acting
