I have a year old male.but I have one problem,he's tearing his feathers out,he makes a loud noise when he does this.I bathe him 2-3 times a week and make sure he's dry. so can anyone tell me why he's doing this?he's a very happy bird and I don't think ive done anything wrong..... ...

My tiels knock over their food dish everytime I put fresh food in the dish. I don't understand why they do this but they waste lots of food. There's tons of uneaten food on the bottom of their cage. I have the wire bottom separating them from the bottom of the cage so they can't ...

I have a 12 year old tiel who has recently started to munch away at his cuttlebone. This is a fairly recent behaviour - a couple months at the most. Previously he would just rub his beak against it, but now he seems to enjoy nibbling away at it and he is definitely ingesting it.
