FlightSuit is a Nightmare to my Grey!04 Sep 2004 13:58 GMT12
Given how highstrung greys are known to be, has anyone had the
experience of putting a FlightSuit on your grey being the worst day of
his life? We're both still sweating as I write this - somebody?
Thanks.

Will cockatiels fly south?03 Sep 2004 18:35 GMT22
A friend of mine gave me a cockatiel, I don't know much about birds,

I have 4 tiels.  Spike and Chicklet are a bonded pair.  Zoë is a spinster,
and Little Reggie is a male who has bonded to humans and doesn't socialize
with the other birds.   They all live together in a large cage.
The problem is Zoë.  Lately she wants desperately to mate.  She ...

Cuppy and his new friend01 Sep 2004 16:21 GMT1
Some months ago, I was looking for a female white fronted amazon for the
aviary to pair up. Well, I got shaffter by a rogue dealer. He sold me what
appparently was a female, but when it moulted, it turned out to be male. He
had plucked the red feathers from the wing. Anyways, I ...

We are soon to take delivery of a new Nanday Conure.  Does anyone have
any advice on bringing the parrot home?  Do we let it out of its cage
straightaway, or is it best to leave him a day or two?
Also, does anyone have any advice on feeding and diet?  We have

Today I saw my supposedly female grey cockatiel (Lady Grey) apparently
mounting my supposedly male yellow one (Mellow Yellow).
Does anyone know how to accurately sex a cockatiel by its appearance?
