I had to pick up a visitor this morning and bring him to work.
While I was waiting for him at his Bed and Breakfast, the owner and I
started talking about birds. She told me this horrid story about a
friend of hers. This friend would roll her cockatiel's cage outdoors

My cockatiel gets her head scritched by a budgerigar.
She sidles up to them, and they oblige.  Well, they don't all.  Some of them
complain about her presence and fly away, but some of them nibble her neck
for her.

Molly is waiting so patiently.

A while back I posted about hearing about a Cockatiel these idiots
owned that had a broken leg. The avian rescue and adoption told me
they would update me on what's been going on with the bird. They did
come and take the bird with the owner's permission and the bird did
