Thanks for all the advice on getting Poca and Mallow done so they can share the garden. Some of the advice I've had suggests that Mallow is at risk of ovarian(?) cancer if she isn't spayed, but the risk of this reduces greatly if she is allowed to have a litter.

2 days ago I posted about Scooter's broken toes and the vet's plan for a cast and e-collar. I thought I'd keep writing in to document the difficulty of dealing with Scooter's collar in the long-term. Searching through the archives, I did find this helpful photo (6th down on

| Water Buddy...not a success :( | 30 Sep 2005 15:29 GMT | 13 |
After many new purchases for Oreo this past month, I am pleased with all of them...but...one item I purchased was a resounding flop...at least to Oreo. I am referring to the Water Buddy: http://www.agselect.com/ED/showdetl.cfm?&DID=11&Product_ID=996&CATID=30

Okay, so maybe I am a pessimist. Maybe I did expect that Pinky would be sneezing her head off by yesterday evening. Maybe I still am waiting for it to start.

| Obsession over Cecotropes! | 27 Sep 2005 06:15 GMT | 1 |
I'm not sure, but, I think that Oreo drops too many Cecotropes. He always leaves several cecals in his cage daily. How many is too many? I would say on an average day, I notice up to 5 or 6 cecals in his cage. Is this too many? I always clean them up...hope he's not mad

I read on the internet that a home remedy for repelling fleas is to put a little vinegar in the animal's drinking water. Would this be safe for bunnies?

I am just so proud of my Jump & Merlin! At the end of every show, the boys are our final piece of magic. Yesterday we did five shows. At the end of each show I invited the children to approach the stage, and pet Jump & Merlin. I placed them on the stage, just out of reach of ...
