Talk about a storm!!31 Jul 2006 21:09 GMT2
Last night...pretty much the whole night, it pour torrentially and thundered
and lighteninged (some word...LOL) I've NEVER seen thunder and lightening go
on for so LONG!! I'm sure we almost needed an ark with all the rain. It has
been dry here, so we needed it and I'm sure that will ...
Clover is with Buttercup now31 Jul 2006 21:06 GMT20
After I posted early this morning, I couldn't sleep.  I kept thinking about
the idea that it was pasturella, and that if we could just get the
infection under control, we could save her.
So, I packed her up at 2 AM, and had Andy join me (to keep me awake and
leather?31 Jul 2006 17:52 GMT1
Is leather bad for bunnies?  There are some bird toys I've been looking
at for Nibbler, but some of them have strips or chunks of leather.  Now,
I happen to know Nibbler *likes* leather - I stupidly left a pair of
jeans on the floor once and he ate the leather patch off it - but is
Help for Neutrino.31 Jul 2006 06:35 GMT3
Dear folks;
My bambino Neutrino is shivering, he keeps laying uncomfortably on his
belly, he's breathing hard, and he keeps wanting to hide.  I think he has
bloat.  The problem is that I live in a tiny hamlet so everything's closed,
You must be a rabbit lover if31 Jul 2006 00:21 GMT14
The nicest thing that happens to you all day is to find a big pile of
fresh poop in the litterbox.
Joe and Flopsie (He's still shoving stuff down my throat, make him stop!)
Y'all will like this one...31 Jul 2006 00:16 GMT4
I haven't been around here for almost a year, but stumbled across this
link on BoingBoing today and knew it would be a hit with this crowd.
Enjoy!

Clover not well at all30 Jul 2006 20:52 GMT7
I'm afraid that she's dying, actually.  Took her to the emergency vet this
afternoon because she was sleeping all sprawled out in the front, and very
lethargic.  He took X-rays, and said there's no blockage, and the stomach
is empty (except for the gas).
Alternative medicine30 Jul 2006 18:02 GMT9
reading msgs but have several burning questions
I have a bun (6 year old buck, 2,5kg) recently diagnosed with ossifying
fibrosarcoma in the lefthand lower jaw half way between incisors and
articulation of the jaw with skull. It's about the size of a small half
Flopsie out of control29 Jul 2006 22:04 GMT9
She's really terrorizing Oreo today, I'm starting to worry. When I put
new hay in their cage Flopsie wouldn't let Oreo in to get any. When he
tried she attacked him, making very weird noises I haven't heard
before.
Getting a rabbit for selfish reasons?28 Jul 2006 01:21 GMT6
I'm looking for some advice.  I had a rabbit years ago when I lived at home,
and I loved him.  Unfortunately he had to be put to sleep in the end,
because he had absceses under his teath, and I think it eventually went into
his jaw bone.  He was a good old age anyway.
Question27 Jul 2006 18:15 GMT2
What does alt mean? I know this is not about rabbits, but I was
wondering what alt meant.
Pinky Good News27 Jul 2006 05:55 GMT9
Gosh knows, we need some.
Took the almost 7-year-old girl to White Plains to see the good Dr.
Stanzione.
He pronounced her in excellent health, despite her persistent sinus
URGENT: Buns w/ diarrhea (they had to pick the weekend I'm home alone!)27 Jul 2006 05:49 GMT39
I went downstairs this morning and both my buns were acting a little
off. They hadn't eaten any of their pellets from the night before, they
didn't want their morning blueberries. Tabitha had a dried cecal stuck
in the fur on her back and was thumping around the cage and didn't
Kali's latest game27 Jul 2006 04:33 GMT7
Ohhh it is a long time since I have had a bunny do this...
this is the "you must not be behind me" game.
As you walk across the room, Kali will dive bomb at your feet, the
object seems to be for her to get her feet on top of yours. This is the
