Okay so I know that Pine and Cedar beddings are not good for rats. I also know that Aspen is ok for them. My question is what about Oak? Thanks Sara

Please does anyone out there know what could be going on with my rats left side of his face? He recently lost his friend, another rat, we think to old age. He just came out the other day scratching at this huge round meaty, bloody, ulcer on his head. I tried to rinse him off

Well I got that cage off ebay. After wondering were the cage was after a week, I called up the courier company, who stated that they left it at a drop off point as my area was not covered by them and I had to pick it up, its been their for a few days,

I am possibly getting a breeding pair soon, and want to try and find out as much as I can about them. The things I have found out so far seem to contradict each other. One site has called them the giant mouse, another talks about them being rats. I do know that they are sociable, ...
