Like the previous post, we went to buy rat pellets from the pet shop where I bought Jimmy and Sid for my husband for Christmas. There was one male rat alone and looking very sorry for himself. We spoke with a shop assistant who said that he had been there for around 3 months, in ...

Hello, I just got my first rat, a beautiful baby girl. I don't know how to make friends with her! At first, I tried putting food in my hand and letting her come and eat it, but then I keep reading about how important it is to handle young rats so they get used to humans.
