The pathology showed no cancer. YEAH! But now we don't know why the lymph nodes are all inflamed, or why he's lost so much weight, or has the flatulence. Could he still have IBD? I'm going to talk to the vet again today and ask

This morning my Akita's tail was staright out and wouldn't curl over the rear haunches. She seemed to be in some discomfort when I tried to "curl" it. Otherwise she seems fine...eating well, walking OK, taking water, alert.

my son has brought me a sparrow from outside. It was sitting on his hand when he came in with it, he found it sitting on the ground somewhere. Its mouth was wide opened. I put it into a box with a warming bottle, a plate of water and some bread, but it is sitting at one spot only.

Willie has had his exploratory surgery. The vet didn't find the primary mass the ultrasound had seen, rather, he found many enlarged lymph nodes which he biopsied, and a "pea sized" thickening of the pyelorus which he also biopsied.
