My 12 week old female kitten Ivy just returned from the vet where she got
her second distemper shot.  I asked the doctor to look at her ear and a
little scab on the back of her head.  The vet checked Ivy for fleas but
found nothing, and neither had I, but sure enough I just found ...

Since last Saturday when we got flooded the mosquitoes are awful.  The worst
I've seen them in years.  It's so bad the dogs go out and within a minute or
two you can see them on Barney around his face.  The easiest target with all
the fur he has everywhere else.

    Are hot spots and/or skin allergies caused by foods or something outdoors?
Both my Yorkies have them and I have been keeping them in.  

My bloodhound recently died from bloat.  the emergency clinic did NOTHING
for over 30 minutes despite my begging and pleading.  The vet on duty was
obviously negligent as was his staff.
I need to know how to successfully file a complaint.

I've posted before about my cat Willie's health problems.
Last November he was prescribed Metronidazole, 250 mg., 1 pill per day.  I
didn't give them all to him for some reason.

will ibuprofen harm a dog?  are there any studies that have been done to
test the side effects of ibuprofen on dogs?

I was wondering if anyone had any advice on crate training?  I have an eight
week old black lab and she hates her crate.  We're trying to put her in
after a long play time when she's tired for short periods of time but it's
