teeth cleaning questions31 May 2007 22:03 GMT12
I am so afraid to have my cats teeth cleaned.  I'm petrified of losing her
during the sedation.  She is going on nine, means the world to me, I'd be
devastated if I took her in and she died.  I've already lost two pets in my
lifetime to anesthesia.   I know her back teeth are very ...
Stray cat problem, and a question31 May 2007 17:33 GMT3
We have a problem with stray cats where I live. It's very sad. After
thinking about it this afternoon, I have a question.
When I was a kid growing up in Kentucky, I seem to recall people
controlling the local deer population by putting out salt licks that
3rd Degree Heart Block31 May 2007 13:53 GMT1
I have a 7  year old Beagle mix. He's very recently been diagnosed
with the 3rd degree heart block. There also is a liver problem,
possibly caused by this heart problem.  He hasn't seen a cardiologist,
yet. But, his regular vet says he needs a pacemaker.  Of course, we're
Where to buy 1 ml eye dropper and bottle?30 May 2007 22:41 GMT9
Well, I received the DVM 3V HP liquid and the dosage for a 10 lb. cat is
1/3 of a pump, or .15 of a teaspoon.
Since both are extremely hard to measure, and my calculation is that the
dosage is .67 mL (each full pump is 2 mL), I thought the easiest way to
Dog Training and Health30 May 2007 17:21 GMT1
The relationship you have with your dog is different from many other
relationships. It is unconditional love and it is hard to imagine life
without it. It is important to keep your dog as healthy and well-
trained as possible. About 80% of all dog owners never sufficiently
Kitten's poop is too skinny!30 May 2007 03:44 GMT1
I'm fostering an 8 week old kitten, who I've had since he was about 2
weeks old.  Ever since he learned to poop on his own, he's been visibly
and audibly (he cries) straining in the litterbox when he poops.  When
he finally gets poop out, it's so skinny it looks like thin spaghetti. ...

Home-cooked... gonna try it27 May 2007 22:58 GMT12
I know this has been discussed here before, but I figured I'd ask
for up-to-date info and recent experiences.
I've always fed my dogs commercial food, so-called "premium"
brands.  Since March, I've become much more aware and fussy about
Ping Phil or anyone who uses DVM 3V Caps HP liquid26 May 2007 20:08 GMT6
Phil:
You once wrote that you squirted 3V Caps HP liquid onto a plastic teabag
for one of your cats.
I just bought a bottle for my cat who has a skin allergy, and the first
Sick cat question26 May 2007 04:05 GMT1
My brother and family was supposed to visit for the weekend, but had to
cancel when one of their cats (Clyde) got sick.  From what I know, Clyde's
always had a somewhat sensitive stomach.  And since he's overly nosey, he's
also the one likely to get into stuff he shouldn't, and ...

Petrx.com and Entirelypets.com - anyone order from them?  Reviews?25 May 2007 13:26 GMT9
I'm looking for DVM's 3V Caps HP liquid and it's not an easy product to
find.
Entirelypets.com and Petrx.com have it, but surprisingly, 1800petmeds.com
and Petcarerx.com don't carry it.  They have the non-HP product.
