Are most vets trained to do surgery for skin cancers? Are they required to do such surgeries as part of their training?

Hi all, this might be a dumb question - but you have all been great with your advise and help to me. A few months back we took our Beagle into the vet to check on a spot on her leg that had a bump - the vet took a sample and sent us home

I've tried about all the miracle fat burner pills out there. I wish there was one that really could lose the belly fat for real. Has anyone tried one that really works? (With PROOF please!) I'd like to incorporate one into my routine-if it was safe and really worked.
